You can use the below task chart for your easy reference & modify it as per your needs. 2. Set the timer to 25 minutes ( you can vary the time based on your focusing capacity like 15 minutes also). 3. Focus on the task by working non stop & switch off all distractions. If due to any urgent reason you are distracted then you will have to stop the timer & restart it all over again. 4. STOP immediately when the timer rings and put a check mark on a piece of paper if the task is done. This 1 interval of time period is called Pomodoro. If not completed then start the timer again for another 25 minutes. 5. After each pomodoro which means 25 minutes task take a break for 5 minutes. Have some snacks ,coffee or tea. You should look back on the progress of your task & analyse strategy to complete the task during the break. I
