Things to do during Pomodoro breaks

Breaks in between Pomodoro should be used productivity. You should not waste the time on social media but instead should use it properly to re- energise yourself.  1) Take a small walk inside or outside the room. 2) Try some streching exercise to unwind your stiff body. You can do any sitting or standing streching exercise. 3) Practice some Yoga.
