Breaks in between Pomodoro should be used productivity. You should not waste the time on social media but instead should use it properly to re- energise yourself.  1) Take a small walk inside or outside the room. 2) Try some streching exercise to unwind your stiff body. You can do any sitting or standing streching exercise. 3) Practice some Yoga. Deep breathing yoga exercises are really helpfull. 4) There are plenty of great five minute workouts. 5) Read an article or a book for 5 minutes & then bookmark the page where you leave to start again in next break. 6) Watch a short comedy video to relax your mind & have some laugh. 7) Meditate for 5 minutes. 8) Use the time to organise your desk & workspace to minimize clutter. 9) Take a quick bite & rehydrate yourself by having a glass of water or some refreshing tea or coffee. 10) Listen to music.
